DC customs was established in 2010 as a small specialist service offering bespoke 4x4 equipment to a select clientele of off-road rescue vehicle owners in Centurion. In 2014 we incorporated into DC Automotive group of companies and relocated to Randburg. It soon became evident that as part of a bigger company we were unable to give each client the personal attention they deserved, so in 2016 we bought back the company DC Customs and relocated back to Centurion later the same year.We recently relocated to Bethlehem where we have a larger team of technicians with in house CNC cutting, bending, sandblasting and powder coating.
Our team currently consists of several full time members including certified welders, fitters and turners as well as auto technicians.Driko Heningse heads up the Fabrication and 4x4 section. He is a qualified Auto Electrician with 21 years of experience in auto electrical, petrol and diesel as well as manufacturing, also currently studying for Fitter & Turner and 3D Design.Driko has been actively involved in 4x4 challenges and builds since 2000 as well as race car building and is a retired member of Off Road Rescue, he is also an official Equipment manufacturer for World Strongest Man Series
